The Palms is what the sign reads on this community however the subdivision is Lake Davenport Estates. It is a non gated community with its' main entrance on Florence Villa Grove Road. This road connects to Highway 27 and Westside Blvd. which provides an alternative route to Highway 27 to the north.
The earliest homes built in this neighborhood were built in 1993. Building continued until the last home was completed in 1999. Much has changed in the area since then and both shopping and entertainment are much closer. Disney is about 20 minutes away.
