The town of Ocoee
Ocoee is a very nice city. I hesitate to call it a town. It has a lot to offer anyone looking to live in an affordable area. Here is a link to the Ocoee page just incase you came to this page via google search.
About The Hammocks
This is a community of 125 homes. Some of the homes actually have larger than average yards. On average for Florida the yards seem appropriately sized. Most of the homes were built before 2000 so they are relatively new for this area and all priced very attractively for Florida. Not far from The Hammocks is everything Ocoee. Just on the West side of Lake Starke. The Hammocks is also next to Clarke Rd. You will get to know it well. The Mall is also on Clarke Rd about one mile from your new home.
Local schools for this community
Local Schools for Brynmar are Ocoee Elementary, Ocoee Middle and Ocoee High School. This is not likely to change but I will share this link anyway. When looking up your schools for a new home in Orange county it is best to use this page. Use the map feature. School Locator
HOA
The HOA is $300 annually and there is a matching maintenance fee. Contact us and we can get you documents on the HOA etc.
