The Encore at Ovation now has homes for sale. Encore at Ovation is a new MI Homes community located in Horizon West. Horizon West is the newest and most modern portion of Central FL and located in southern Winter Garden FL or the 34787 zip code.

The Encore at Ovation is located on County Road 351 which is eventually going to be connecting Western Way (Disney) from Avalon Road to US-27. Actually Lake County has already finished the connecting road all of the way to the Orange County line. Orange County is scheduled construction in the are to be completed before finishing their portion of the 351.

All of this will allow the Encore residents to also reach Clermont and US-27 more rapidly. Local shopping is being built just to the north by Waterleigh. A new Publix and much more will soon be constructed on the southern side of Waterleigh.
