Homes For Sale In Winter Park FL

Tanglewood is located between Glen Haven Memorial Park and the Interlachen Country Club. That is actually the community shown above with the Interlachen Country Club in the background. Through the middle of the neighborhood runs Lake Howell Road. Take it north to Howell Branch Road, turn right and less than a mile from the community you have a supermarket, LA Fitness, Starbucks and much more at Casselberry Commons.

Tanglewood is an older and more affordable Winter Park community. As you can see in the photo above the yards are not as tiny as you will find in newer communities. Most of the homes here were built between 1951 and 1960 with just a few newer exceptions. During the pre-internet era we used our yards and had pets. Funny how things change. The homes here vary in size from 728 square feet to 4,462 square feet and the median price is $217,500 or $60,000 less than the median price for a home in Winter Park Fl. Not bad for having great shopping and a beautiful country club right outside of your door. For that matter not bad for anywhere in Winter Park.
