Stratford Pointe has two entrances on Kirby Smith Road. You may have noticed the community sign that is located on the corner of Kirby Smith Road and Narcoossee Road just south of the main part or Lake Nona. The homes in this community were mostly constructed between 2006 and 2007. That is great news since the building codes in Florida were updated in 2003 to reflect changes brought about due to the hurricanes which impacted parts of Florida. These are nice looking well built affordable homes.
