Storey Grove is going to be yet another great community West of the Daniel Webster (429) Western Beltway. When finished there will be a school, 890 new homes and much more. Look for roads to be connecting Avalon Road to US-27 and much more. This area should be modernizing and growing for the next 15-20 years.
Story Grove is going to have some great amenities. There will be a basketball court, clubhouse, community center, fitness center, park, picnic area, playground, tot lot and a swimming pool. Communities this large often complete the amenities in phases so several of the ones listed are either coming soon or already started.
Most people who move to this neighborhood will be commuting. Lots of the residents will probably work at Disney after all it is one of the largest employers in this area. The next largest is the local government. Commuting from here is relatively straight forward and easy. If you will be using the Daniel Webster (429) Western Beltway you just go North on Avalon. there are two access points within just a few minutes.
Shopping is actually fairly easy also. Most likely for now you will take Avalon to New Independence Parkway. Lots of shopping can be done there and more is on the way. Publix, Walmart, Restaurants, Movie theater and a whole lot more.
