Springview is located in northeastern Winter Park FL and on the north side of Dike Road just west of Seranza Park. There are several similar communities around this one. The homes here wee built between 1981 and 1985. They generally built homes smaller in the 1980's. The smallest homes here are 1,152 square feet and it is a traditional single family home. The largest home is a 3,248 square foot home but by far most of the homes here are under 2,200 square feet. One of the attractive things about Springview is the price of the homes compared to newer homes.

Shopping from this neighborhood is about 2 miles away at the Red Willow Plaza and Willa Springs Village both on Red Bug Lake Road. There is a Publix Supermarket, restaurants and a Fresh Market there just to name a few things. There is more but I will let you discover them.
