The street name is Southern Dunes Blvd. The sign is just south of the Walmart.

This community began construction in 1993 and most of it was finished by 2005. If that seems to be a while to finish keep in mind the number of homes involved and it becomes a lot more reasonable. The end product is an attractive gated golfing community.

The entrance of this community is on SR-27 near a Walmart. One of the great things about Southern Dunes is the location. We have all grown accustomed to having certain items and services near our homes. Southern Dunes definitely has numerous shops, stores, restaurants and service providers nearby. Interstate-4 is minutes away allowing you to commute to Universal Orlando Resort or the Best Shopping Malls in Orlando in a little over 30 minutes. Not bad considering the prices of the homes in Southern Dunes here in Haines City.
