Universal Resort and Volcano bay just a few minutes to your South. You have South Apopka Vineland Rd in front of your community to take you wherever you wish to go. When you are looking at houses for sale anywhere in the Windermere/Dr. Phillips area you can be confident of this. After buying a home in Silver Woods if you are sitting around with nothing to do, it is by choice.

About Silver Woods

Silver Woods consists of a lot of homes. There are 3 ponds in the community but Silver Woods' best selling point would be the home you choose and its' location. Because of its' size normally there are  homes for sale here. There is a tennis court (actually 2) near the front of the community with a parking area near it.

Local public schools

Windermere Elementary, Chain of Lakes Middle School and Olympia High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone. I am very familiar with the county website. I do not ever use the MLS for finding out which schools provide local education for a home or neighborhood.

For the HOA expect around $300 per year with a matching maintenance fee. It will vary and there are restrictions. I will get you all the information you want upon request.
