Most of the homes in Sawmill were built between 1989 and 1992. There are some newer exceptions and of course many of the homes have been upgraded and very well maintained. The largest homes in Sawmill are just under 2,800 square feet and the smallest are around 1,200. Sawmill like all Ocoee communities is within just a few minutes of the shopping and local highways that you will need. The drive around this area is beautiful and much of it is still undeveloped. That is changing and it is good to see some of the communities still put homes on decent sized housing lots. This is the case in Sawmill as well.
