Roper Reserve is 11.8 miles (19.1 km) West of downtown Orlando. It is on the South side of Beard Rd. and 200 yards south of the Florida Turnpike. Winter Garden is highly thought of for a variety of reasons.There are many beautiful homes for sale, various new shops and diners to choose from, its' local freshwater lakes, the modernization Horizons West is bringing to its’ Southern parts and its’ history. Roper Reserve consists of 70+ homes/home sites. Time will tell for sure. There are currently 7 models to choose from. They range in size from 2,870 to 4,320 square feet. From 3 bedroom to 6 and prices start in the mid $300,000's. Typically you will see pricing based on a nice model. However you will want options and prices will vary sometimes greatly. This is when you want a broker who has done this many many times. We will be paid by the seller. It only makes sense to at least contact us. You will pay us nothing.
Lake Whitney Elementary, Sunridge Middle School and West Orange High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone. I am very familiar with the county website. I do not ever use the MLS for finding out which schools provide local education for a home or neighborhood.
