Believe it or not it is only 3.3 miles from the entrance to the Reserve at Tuskawilla.

The Reserve at Tuskawilla is a beautiful community. There is an HOA and some restrictions. Although when we work together I will confirm the HOA amount currently it is about $120 per month.

The homes here

The homes here were built between 1995 and 2004. Most of them are larger than the average home and most importantly they look really good.
