Regency Estates is located on Mikler Road which is a semi rural road off on the south side of Red Bug Lake Road. If you are familiar with Oviedo then you know that Red Bug Lake Road passes by the Oviedo Mall and the 417. Regency Estates is just 1.6 miles southwest of the Oviedo Mall if you drew a parallel line beside the 417. Most or if not all of your shopping can be done within minutes of this secluded community. There is very little traffic on Mikler Road so likely you will have some peace and quiet even though this is not a gated community.

The community

Regency Estates is not a very old neighborhood. The homes were all built between 2005 and 2006. Morison Homes was the builder and included a diverse assortment of sizes and floor plans. The smallest homes here are 1,600 square feet and the largest are 2,860 square feet. When you drive through the neighborhood it looks tropical, sunny and open. On the eastern side there are 23 homes on the large pond and on the northwestern side 30 homes set with their backs to Bear Gully Creek.
