For those currently living outside of the area Ravina at East Lake Park is located in Lake Nona. Lake Nona is a part of eastern Orlando FL just east of the Orlando International Airport. East Lake Park is a beautiful part of Lake Nona and contains townhomes, traditional homes and Villas. Ravinia contains most of the townhomes.

Local Shopping will most likely be at the Cornerstone at Lake Hart. Here you will find another great Publix Supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops and some small stores. Your more distant commuting will be on the 528 or 417 which can both be accessed close to your new home. Disney is about 30 to 40 minutes west.

Ravina at East Park community

The homes here were built between 2014 and 2017. This is a beautiful group of townhomes and the neighborhood has nice lakes and amenities. The townhomes were built in sizes that vary from 2,100 square foot up to 2,356 making them some of the largest townhomes in Lake Nona.
