Ravenna will have around 80 townhomes and 20 traditional single family homes. Amenities will include a beautiful pool and cabana. Park Square homes builds many resorts in Kissimmee and has a history of building fine homes and communities. Expect no less in Ravenna. Below is an update on the building progress. The Townhome Floor plans

The townhomes will have a 2 car detached garage in the rear,brick driveways and patios,quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. The community will also have a pool.

The models which have been released are the Adams,Jefferson,Madison and Roosevelt. All names of presidents that have served the United States. The floorplans have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths and range from 1840 to 2024 square feet of living area. The traditional single family homes info will be coming soon. Unofficially expect the smallest model to be around 3,100 square feet and start just over $400,000.

Ravenna Public Schools

New schools are being built in this area. Currently the public schools for this community are Independence Elementary,Bridgewater Middle School and Windermere High School. This information can and should be confirmed with OCPS.net. You can also call 407-317-3233.

Many first time buyers are not aware of the benefits of getting outside representation when buying a new home.
