The oldest homes in Randal Park were built in 2004 and there are very few of them. Many of the homes were completed after 2015 and building continues now in 2018. The homes are built to the latest building codes which means lower utilities than homes built in the 1990's. Of course we are all accustomed to the newer appliances which most of these homes will be coming with.

Randal Park commuting

Randal Park is near the 528 and 417. These are both great commuting roads to get us back and forth to work, play or just shopping. Randal Park is a great community for those working around the airport or from it to northern Orlando if you choose Lake Nona.

Randal Park HOA and CDD  

Randal Park has both an HOA and a CDD. The HOA is currently $85 pr year with a matching maintenance fee. This part of Orlando has what is called a CDD. CDD stands for Community Development District. The CDD is just a way the builder defers the cost of developing the community onto the new owners. Normally the bank will escrow the CDD for you and it will be paid like taxes. Sometimes people opt to pay the CDD fees off at close. There are pros and cons to them. I personally like them if I choose to own the home long term.

Randal Park public schools
