Providence is a community of homes in Windermere Florida. Providence is located on the corner of Winter Garden Vineland Road and Ficquette Rd. There are entrances on both of the roads that provide access to the community.

Providence is a beautiful non-gated community and contains approximately 220 homes and home sites. There is a really nice park and community pool on the southeast corner of this neighborhood. It has a community pool and children’s playground. The pool has a covered area and an attractive pergola on one end.

The northern entrance into Providence brings you to a very nice fountain overlooking one of the beautiful ponds in the community. There are 3 very nice ponds and 53 waterfront homes on those ponds. On the eastern side is Little Lake Sawyer.

There are 20 lakefront homes on Little Lake Sawyer Dr. and there are 5 lakefront homes and one lakefront lot on the east end of Zori Ln. On the east end of Fossick Rd there is a nice gazebo the community can use to enjoy the lake views.

Providence shopping and commuting

I really like the Providence community. Every time I drive through it looks great and I love all of the ponds and sidewalks. The Cornerstone at Summerport is right outside of the neighborhood and so is the Windermere Village.

Just north on Winter Garden Vineland Rd is access to the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (the 429) and nearly ½ of a square mile of shops, boutiques, restaurants and parking. This is a great neighborhood in a good location.
