Provence is 11.5 miles (19 km) Southwest of downtown Orlando. It is West of Lake Sheen and East of Winter Garden Vineland Rd. Just under 3 miles South of Lakeside Village. Lakeside is the closest shopping for most things you will need. There are other gated communities with homes for sale in this area. I can schedule us to see several homes for sale in that area if you prefer. 

About Provence

Provence consists of 36 homes. 8 homes could be considered waterfront/lakefront homes because they overlook ponds or the canal going to Lake Sheen. There is a community boat ramp that is fairly nice. It is quite a drive to the next closest one also. You can access many of the local lakes in minutes from this ramp. As far as a playground etc you will want to go to West Beach Park. It is 1/4 of a mile North and very nice. 

For the HOA expect around $520 paid every 3 months. It will vary and there are restrictions. I will get you all the information you want upon request.

Local schools are

Sand Lake Elementary, Bridgewater Middle School and Windermere High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone.
