The neighborhood has a very nice central court area which contains the amenities center, community pool, basketball court, children’s playground, ample parking and a very large open area. It is nicer than it sounds and it has sidewalks across it so you do not have to walk around to avoid walking on the grass. Only the townhomes overlook the amenities center and pool.

Preston Square is generally a great community. Attractive, well maintained and in a good location. The area is modernizing and competition for housing dollars is very fierce. Ashlin Park to the south and some of the communities to the west are very similar in pricing.

Local shopping includes the Westside Shoppes, Lakeside Village, Windermere Village and even more. If it is not within 5 minutes it might be a unique item. There is a reason this part of town is so popular.
