Oviedo Gardens is a newer community. You can tell by looking at it the homes are more modern than many in this area. The first homes were built in 2015 and construction should finish in 2018 or early 2019. The homes vary in size from 2,536 square feet up to 5,169 which is of course a very large home but incredibly nice. The actual prices the homes have sold for have ranged from $465,000 to $803,000.
