The neighborhood

Northridge Pointe and Northridge are both represented on this page. They are similar and very near one another. Northridge is located on the west side of Myrtle Lake Hills and Northridge Pointe is on the east side almost directly across the street. Both portions together only include around 130 homes.

Northridge is a community which sees very little traffic other that those who live in the communities. Neither community is gated but since both are located on the northern portion of Myrtle Lake Hills which has only a southern outlet no one else needs to drive through the area.

Shopping from Northridge is only 1.7 miles to the south at Winn-Dixie and access to Interstate-4 is less than 4 miles away for your more distant commutes.
