North Lake Park communities

The area of North Lake Park actually contains several smaller subdivisions. There is Cherry Ridge, Morningside and North Lake Park. Of course at the western end is the gated community Waters Edge at Lake Nona. Northlake Park and the other non gated communities consist of hundreds of traditional single family homes and many townhomes. The majority of the homes have traditional settings but small yards to help keep maintenance low. There are however many water view homes and homes which view the local woodlands. Located between the neighborhoods on North Lake Parkway is of course the Lake Nona YMCA. What an incredible place to live.

Great Schools will give you a schools rating and travel distance also. Some schools require you to live a certain distance before you can use the bus.
