Newbury Park is in a great location. It definitely is growing. A quick drive around will show you that. There is a lot of new stores and things to do showing up everywhere. Not to mention great golf, great lakes and of course the greatest theme parks in the world.

There is a HOA and a maintenance fee but you also get a nice community pool, community parks and a playground by the Townhomes. It is actually fairly nice and so is the pool.

The local schools 

Sunset Park Elementary, Bridgewater Middle School and West Orange High which will likely be Windermere High School. Since West Orange Overflow now has a Windermere High School Entrance I think the cat is out of the bag. Always double check the schools if it matters to you.
