The Town of Ocoee
Ocoee is a very nice city. The more I go there the more that I like it. It has a lot to offer anyone looking to live in an affordable area. Massive renovations are expected soon to the downtown area as well. Here is a link to the Ocoee page just incase you came to this page via google search.
About McCormick Reserve
McCormick Reserve is new Ryan Homes community all of the homes being built now or in 2016.There are only 2 entrances one inside of Brynmar on McCormick Reserves' West side and one on N Clarke Rd on the communities Eastern side. This community is in a really good location just a few miles from everything that you could need. The convenience of th 429 access even puts you within 30 minutes of Universal Resort, Downtown Orlando and Disney. Of course it does not hurt having a Publix Grocery Store 3 miles away at Fountains West.
You will soon learn your way around Northern Ocoee and rarely leave it. As a matter of fact everything you need is within a 5 mile radius of your new home.
Local schools for this community
Local Schools for McCormick Reserve are Prairie Lake Elementary, Ocoee Middle School and Ocoee High School. Ocoee High School is very close to your new home. This is not likely to change but I will share this link anyway. When looking up your schools for a new home in Orange county it is best to use this page. Use the map feature.
The HOA is $70 per month and there is a matching maintenance fee. This amount is subject to change but is current right now. There are restrictions and I can get you the documentation.
