Maitland Grove is located on the north side of Lake Sybelia. The main entrance is on Sandspur Dr but you can also enter from N Lake Sybelia Dr which goes around the lake. Maitland Grove is easy to miss because the sign is not very large. You will need to watch closely, it is 1/4 of a mile west of the Lake Sybelia Elementary School and across from some corporate offices.

Local Shopping

Shopping from Maitland Grove is a lot closer than it seems. Downtown Maitland is only 1 mile to your east and there is a lot there. I use the Publix Supermarket at Maitland Place. There are also some restaurants etc in Maitland. The Maitland Station (train) is less than 1 mile from the entrance to this community.
