Long Ridge is a community of 41 homes in Montverde Fl. Long Ridge is located on the southern side of County Road 455 and on the western side of Montverde.
Long Ridge is a beautiful community. This part of Florida looks much different in person than most people will visualize on a map. The rolling hills and the beautiful lakes and ponds add a lot to the scenery. Not to mention the beautiful trees etc.
Long Ridge seldom has homes for sale. It averages only 3 sales per year. However the communities in Montverde are very nice and worth watching if you are interested in this area. The homes in Long Ridge will average from $300,000 to $400,000.However there are some will will be much higher. For the money they are tough to beat if you are able to commute from this area or work nearby.
Most of the homes here were built between 1999 and 2003. Some were built as late as 2008 but I know of none later than that. There is no HOA fee however there is no short term leasing in this community. Just beautiful homes in a gorgeous town.
