Lakeview Reserve Winter Garden FL is a beautiful Lake Apopka neighborhood.  Lakeview Reserve can be found in Winter Garden Florida along the Southern Shores of Lake Apopka and on the Northern side of Tildenville School Rd.

Lakeview Reserve is a neighborhood of about 160 homes/ home sites. It is an electronic access gated community and like many modern communities has video surveillance on the gate. There is one entrance and the community is very easily to located. There's a beautiful red brick wall along the Southern side of the community and on the Northern side is the beautiful Lake Apopka. The first homes in the community were built as recently as 2005 and the community was for the most part finished by 2005. The homes vary in size from 1,550 to well over 5,000 square feet of living area. There are also several ponds. These ponds make the community look much more open and attractive.

Lakeview Reserve has 14 lakefront homes and home sites. There is also a lakefront pier for the community to enjoy. There is no park or neighborhood pool but Newton Park is only about two miles away and it's a complete park, includes a fishing pier, boat ramp and right next to it is Farnsworth Pool. 

Lakeview Reserve is a great neighborhood however, sooner or later we all have to leave our house and go to work, enjoy some recreation or go do some shopping. The Play part is definitely covered with Lake Apopka which has 30,880-acres of surface area waiting on you. Shopping is covered thanks to West Colonial Drive and all of its shops and stores. Publix Supermarket and Winter Garden Regional Shopping Center are located just over 2 miles from the homes for sale in Lakeview Reserve. West Colonial has been a trade route to Orlando for about 100 years and it's variety of shops, stores and services offered will not disappoint. Not to mention the restaurants.
