Southwest Lake down as defined by me and shown on the map. I just found it easier to describe the vast amount of subdivisions and gated communities this way. There are 68 lakefront lots and properties currently surveyed in the Southwest portion of Lake Down. Well over $100,000,000 worth of homes. I drew the line starting where Park Ave meets Maguire Rd by Windermere Elementary. Then proceeding East over to just South of where Hempel Ave turns North Straight down to Isleworth Country Club Dr. and Conroy Windermere Rd. Then just went West back to the origin.
