The Lake Roberts Landing community

Lake Roberts Landing is a small luxury home community of only 56 homes. There is no community pool but there is a community pier and lakefront area. The community itself is stunning.

Many of the homes are either lakefront or waterfront on the large pond on its’ Western side. Due to the size of the community homes here do not go up for sale often. There is only one entrance and it is Lake Roberts Landing Dr. and is on the south side of Stoneybrook West Parkway. It can be accessed from the east or west.

The lake

Lake Roberts has 116-acres of surface area and is a beautiful spring fed lake. There are other communities which are on its shores including Waterford Point and The Windermere Club.

Lake Roberts Landing is a community with homes in three settings. Those on the preserve, the waterfront homes and the Lakefront homes. Let’s look at each section individually since they will be priced differently.

There are 15 homes which back up to the preserve (woodlands). Their addresses are 1702 thru 1910 Lake Roberts Landing Dr. and 1845 and 1839 Black Water Ct. These homes were built between 2008 and 2009 and vary in size from approximately 2,820 sf. to 4,919 sf. of living area (heated and cooled portions of the home). 

The 25 waterfront homes which are on the pond vary in size from approximately 2,538 sf. to 5,107 sf. of living space and were built between the years of 2008 thru 2010. In the last 3 years only one home sold and it was unusually low priced.

The Lakefront homes are larger than average homes. The smallest is approximately 4,385 sf. and the largest is over 5,170 sf. of living area. These homes have a great view of Lake Roberts and most of them have the sun on their back porch all day.
