Lake Clarice Plantation is located on Lake Butler Blvd about 1/4 of a mile east of Winter Garden Vineland Road. The main entrance is shown above and there is only one street with 7 homes total. The homes on the southern end are lakefront homes. Lake Clarice is an actual lake just a small one.

The homes here are a little larger than average and a little more mature. Back in the days these homes were built the yards were large enough for people to enjoy them. Maybe if more homes had large yards more people would set down their phones and go outside.

The area around the community is attractive and has some local conveniences. The Shoppes at Lake Butler are 1/3 of a mile away. Those shops include a decent place for dining and grab and goes.

To the north about 5 minutes from Lake Clarice Plantation is the local turnpike and the Winter Garden Village. Although I prefer Windermere I cannot say enough about the Winter Garden Village. You will find many useful places at that location.
