Windermere is famous for several things. About Windermere Grande

Windermere Grande consists of 28 homes. 2 homes could be considered waterfront homes because they overlook the pond and fountain. Normally there are  not homes for sale here. The homes have large yards and there is only one primary street named Watermere Ln and Grandmere Ct is a cul-de-sac.

Local Schools are Lake Whitney Elementary, Sunridge Middle School and West Orange High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone. I am very familiar with the county website. I do not ever use the MLS for finding out which schools provide local education for a home or neighborhood.

Windermere Grande Market History

In the past 18 months 3 homes for sale have sold (Some homes for sale do not). The lowest priced home sold for $575,000 and the highest priced home sold for $754,000. The highest priced home for sale to have ever sold was $935,000. However, the median sales price for the last 18 months has been $690,000.
