Forest Brooke is definitely in Northern Ocoee. Not far South from the community you have Publix, CVS and Ocoee High School. In that same area you can access the 429 and be in downtown Orlando or on your way to anywhere in just minutes. Lake Apopka is just to the West in fact Forest Brooke actually has 5 lakefront homes and 7 lake view homes on Lake Apopka. Lake Apopka is approximately 31000 acres and has a mean depth of just 7 feet. A square mile is 640 acres so it has almost 5 square miles of surface area.

The community pool and parking lot are in Forest Brook which is immediately east of Forest Brooke Estates.

The HOA is $88 per month and there is a matching maintenance fee. Those cover the community park, playground, recreation building and the community pool.

The oldest home in the community was built in 1936. The Next to oldest in 1977 the majority of the rest of the homes in Forest Brooke were built between 2003 and 2011.

The prices are about average for that area of Ocoee. However there are some more expensive homes in that neighborhood. Specifically the lakefront. Two of those would be pretty expensive. The prices are mixed throughout the rest of the subdivision evenly.
