This community was built between 1989 and 1995 and consists of homes up to approximately 3,400 square feet. The smallest one I know of is 1,766 square feet but most are over 2,000. Local shopping will likely be done at the Publix supermarket at MetroWest Village just about 1/4 of a mile south from the entrance to the community. There are several shops and service providers in the shopping center that will make life easier.

Local area

Metrowest is a fantastic area and one of the highlights is Valencia College. Great news it is only 1 mile to the east. This is a great neighborhood for commuters or those wishing to get a great education close to home.
