If you approach the homes from the east you may not get the full view of what is in this area. Just 900 feet to the townhomes east is S Orange Avenue. All around the townhomes there are restaurants, stores, coffee shops and nightlife venues. You would never guess by a quick view of the homes to the communities immediate north but trust me this is a great spot. Within one mile there is a Publix, Walmart Fresh Market, Target Super Center and of course the SoDo Town Center.
