Grand Reserve seldom has homes for sale. However Grand Reserve is similar to Bear Creek Estates only 1/4 of the size. This is a very nice community and worth watching if you are interested in a finer community located in Winter Springs Florida.

Grand Reserve only has 2 streets Baytree Ct and Bridgewood Ct and they are both short. The homes in this community do not have small square yards. The yards are deep and shaped like pie slices. This is a gorgeous community if you like winding roads, privacy, beautiful homes and shade trees. If the modern home look is what you are after then contact us and we will get you started. The Location

The community entrance is on Tuscawilla Rd about 1 1/4 miles south of SR 434. The 434 can have you at downtown Winter Springs for shopping in just a couple of minutes. There is plenty to do there and many local residents get out and walk through these stores. If you prefer The shopping mall in Oviedo is less than 5 miles away. There is plenty to do in the area and it is a beautiful scenic drive both to and from.

Grand Reserve is a gated community as you can see in the photo above. If privacy is important to you this is a great place to start your home search. Hopefully this is one of those rare times you can find a  Grand Reserve home for sale.
