There are quite a few homes in the community but not all of Golfside Dr is technically included in the community. I did include it. The second subdivision is Greenview and is on the southern portion of The Winter Pines Golf Club and most of the homes are still golf side or at least Golf View.

Golfside is a community overlooking a golf course. Not all of us a players of this great sport but most are at least casual admirers of those who have been the greatest at the sport and can at least respect the game. I do not play, but I really like golf carts and watching. It is just so much more difficult than most people thing. Many like me will be interested in a golf front or Golfside home for sale.

Golfside is primarily on the north side of the course on Summerfield Rd and Golfside Dr. Fairway Dr is on the east side of the course and those homes are also included here. Living near or on a public course is a lot less expensive for obvious reasons. When you get outside of a gated community costs go down even further while the quality of location and home may often be the same.

When all of these things are considered I believe this community is definitely worth looking into and potentially following if you are looking for a home for sale in Winter Park FL and enjoy the game.
