Glynwood II is on the northern side of New Stonecrest Blvd and has 87 homes inside of it gate. There is only one entrance. At first glance the community seems to have no amenities. However unless it changes after I write this page Glynwood Residents have access to the amenities directly across Daniels Rd. Those amenities are some of the best in Winter Garden. There is a nice pool, children’s playground, tennis courts, many wide sidewalks and amenities center.

Glynwood II has 21 homes which could be considered by some as close to a busy road. The rest of the homes either backup to the preserve, the Grove Park community or other Glynwood homes.

Glynwood's Homes 

Glynwood II as a whole has homes varying in size from approximately 2,600 sf. to 4,049 sf. of living area and was built in 2004 and 2005. 7 homes have been selling per year in Glynwood II.

Glynwood I’s entrance immediately to the south. This portion of the community has about 26 homes which backup to either Daniels Rd. or New Stonecrest Blvd. These homes are on Glynshel Dr. 13603 thru 13839 (odd numbers.) These homes vary in size from approximately 2,667 sf. to 3,912 sf. and were built between 2002 and 2005. On average 2 have sold each year.

The entire part of Glynwood I varies in size from 2,481 sf. to 4,318 sf. of living space. Most of it was built between 2002 and 2005. This portion was the first one started and only 3-4 of these homes sell each year.
