This is a community which allows short term rentals although many of the residents reside here year round. The homes vary in size from around 1,290 to 4,000 square feet. There is only one which is 4,000 and the next largest is just over 3,400 square feet. The prices here have ranged from $214,000 to $315,000 in the previous year.
Glenbrook is a resort style community. There is a community pool, volleyball and tennis court etc. However the main attraction here is the peaceful community and travel times to the attractions.
Disney is normally less than a 20 minute drive away. Glenbrook may not get the notoriety of the resorts in Kissimmee but is just as close as many of them. Combine that with the Publix Supermarket at Double Eagle Village which is under 1 mile away and you have a great combination.
