Homes for sale in Foxcrest Winter Garden FL. Foxcrest is located on the east side of Daniels Rd. on Foxcrest Blvd. You will notice the large pond, amenities center and playground from Daniels Rd. If you are not from this area the community is approximately 1.4 miles due east of the easternmost portion of Black Lake. Foxcrest is a non-gated community of 112 homes. It is located in the middle of two other communities. Regency Oaks to the north and Grovehurst to the south. The only boundaries are the types of homes you see and a white square column on the west sides of the roads with community markers. The flow of the roads and sidewalks are not interrupted as they would be in gated communities.

Foxcrest amenities

Outside of the initial entrance to Foxcrest there is a fire department and the amenities. The amenities include 2 tennis courts, the community pool, the children’s playground and amenities center. The pool is very nice and has a decorative pergola to help with the sun when you want a little relief. One of my favorite things about these communities is all of the sidewalks. If you want to get out and walk or jog they are very nice and wrap around the amenities and the large ponds.

Foxcrest water view homes

There are 25 homes in that overlook two fairly nice ponds. The homes vary in size from approximately 2,433 sf. to 3,884 sf. of living area. Those measurements are only the heated and cooled portions of the homes. These homes were built between 2006 and 2007. In Florida there is a warranty that is mandated by Law that last 10 years from the construction date for all new construction homes. 

The Rest of the homes are not waterfront. Many of them overlook open areas or back up to the trees. Others are next to other nice homes. The homes range in size up to nearly 4,000 sf. and 5 bedrooms. The community was built in between 2006 and 2008. The only problem with Foxcrest is not many of the homes come up for sale.
