This is a beautiful community consisting of approximately 275 homes. Around 18 homes sell in Forest Oaks every year. Those homes sell for prices ranging up to around $260,000 and start in the lower $100,000 range. The largest homes are around 2,575 square feet. The community was built between 1985 and 1988 with only a few later exceptions. It seems well maintained and is certainly nice to drive through.

Forest Oaks has competition in Ocoee but it is tough to beat. The prices are low and and that is not always the case with new construction. As Ocoee modernizes so do the prices of the homes. There are advantages to more mature communities and many of these homes have been upgraded since they were built.

Forest Oaks local shopping

Shopping will likely be 1.8 miles to the south on the 438. There is a Publix Supermarket, some stores and restaurants there waiting to gain your business. It should take 4 minutes to reach that area. Not bad for a community in any rural area. Ocoee has shops and stores everywhere and even a full sized medical hospital.

Forest Oaks public schools
