Estancia Neighborhood Features

Estancia is a relatively new community by Kissimmee standards. It was started in 2004 and completed by 2007. This is one of the affordable communities in Kissimmee. Still with a good location near shopping, the lakes and even the Kissimmee Airport.

One of my favorite things about the community is the number of waterfront and reserve front homes. Because of the large ponds and the creek running along the north side of the community most of the homes have a pretty decent view. Other than that the pricing is very attractive and so is the location.

Estancia sells about 20 homes every year. So there is normally 1 or 2 homes for sale here. There is also enough volume to get a pretty good idea what the homes should sell for. One thing for sure is a great price range for Kissimmee.
