The Enclave at Aloma was built 2013-2016. That is fairly new compared to most central FL communities. Although not the newest at this time the community still looks really great. The homes inside of the Enclave were built in sizes ranging from 1,843-3,514 square feet. Some of the homes do have the 5 bedroom and 4 bath combination that is so popular in today's market. The only trick is catching one for sale.
