The Elysium Club is a community of 45 home sites in Mount Dora FL. The Elysium Club is located on the eastern side of Lake Dora and Deer Island. The entrance is on South Clayton Street. It is about two miles to drive to downtown Lake Dora or the access points to 441.
The Elysium Club is a heavily wooded and beautiful community . There are some beautiful lakefront homes and the remainder are surrounded by dense woods. The community was built starting back in 1982 but there have been homes built as late as 2005 in our records. The smallest homes in the neighborhood have a respectable 2,547 square feet of living area. The largest in the community are 5,959 which is a very large home.
The challenging thing about this community is the small size. By that I mean not many of the homes sell. In the previous three years only 5 homes have sold. Catching the lakefront homes for sale is even more challenging. The median priced non lakefront home sold for $368,000.
