The community is located on Speer Lake which is a beautiful lake and consists of 233-acres of surface area. More than large enough for skiing or to even land a plane on. I lived on the lake for quite some time and eagles, ospreys and airplanes all take advantage of its smooth surface.

Eden Isle has a boat ramp and so does Independence but that is it. The lake is not interconnected and there’s never more than 1 or two boats on the lake.

There is also a children’s Playground near the boat ramp. Not only is this community lakefront but it has several ponds and a long canal. There are waterfront and lakefront homes to go along with many community homes in Eden Isle. There is no busy road next to it, it is a quiet area. Due to the size of the community there are normally Eden Isle homes for sale.
