The Home Owners Association fee is just under $200 per month and covers the use of a park and community pool along with external maintenance and grounds care.

Local shopping

The closest Publix Supermarket is only about 1 mile from the entrance to Econ Landing. It is the Publix Supermarket at Curry Ford Square to the east on Curry Ford Road. As usual there are some smaller stores and restaurants around it and this one even has a gas station/convenience store across from it. Probably my favorite thing about this area is it is right next to the 417. The 417 is an incredible tool for skirting around the traffic here in Orlando Fl.
