East Gate  is located in a prime location but is still filled with affordable alternative housing for Winter Park FL residents. The community is on the north side of Aloma Ave on the southwestern corner of the Interlachen Country Club. Just to the north housing gets a little more expensive.

Local shopping

Shopping from East Gate is a short walk away. Publix Supermarket at Aloma Shopping Center is less than 1/4 of a mile from the entrance to the community. If you walk it is even closer. All around this area you will find restaurants, service providers and places to shop. There are so many great things about the location I could fill this page with them.
