Dommerich Woods contains a total of about 90 homes in the two sections. Most people will never hear about the community unless they know someone who lives in it. The northeastern portion is on the northern end of Thunder Trail (a road) and contains 27 homes. The western portion is on the road shown above and on the northeast side of Lake Minnehaha. The latter portion contains 60 homes. For the rest of this page I will focus on the portion near Lake Minnehaha.

The Neighborhood Homes

The community consists of homes from approximately 1,600 square feet up to 3,963 square feet. The homes were built between 1960 and 1979 with a couple of exceptions. The area looks as good as the photo above. It is really nice here and many of the homes in this area are also very nice even though they may be a little older. Sometimes you can not beat an older home with some newer technology.
