Dommerich Hills in Maitland FL normally has homes for sale. Dommerich Hills is a large community and is somewhat intermingled with other subdivisions. The homes are not newer homes and the community sign reflects its' age. However there are some very nice homes inside of this community.
Dommerich Hills is not a new community. The homes here were built between 1960 and 1982. The homes vary in size from 1,551 square feet to 4,124 square feet of living space (heated and cooled space). There are about 20 lakefront homes on Lake Waumpi but most of the community is filled with traditional homes in the classic neighborhood setting. There are 3 Dommerich Communities and this is the largest.
Dommerich Hills is located in two places. The community sign you see above is on the north side of Howell Branch Road 1/2 of a mile east of the 436. The bulk of the community however is about 1/3 of a mile north among a massive amount of homes. About two dozen homes sell in Dommerich Hills every year. and there are around 400+ homes.
Many of the Dommerich Hills residents will do their shopping at the Walmart Supercenter which is only 1 mile from the communities' eastern side. There are other options but this is the closest and it is large. The 436 is also here and will take you almost anywhere from the Orlando International Airport to the Altamonte Springs Mall and Interstate 4.
