Cypress Shores is 11 miles (17.7 km) Southwest of downtown Orlando. It is located on the Western peninsula separating Lake Tibet and Lake Sheen. There are rarely homes for sale in Cypress Shores. I can schedule us to see several lakefront homes in this and other different areas if you prefer. 

About the Cypress Shores community

Cypress Shores consists of 50 homes. I believe every home or lot on Trout Rd, Lone Tree Ln and  Penny Lane Dr. that is lakefront. There are some very luxurious homes there. There is no community park etc. but West Lake Park is not far and is nice.  

Local public schools

Bay Lake Elementary, Bridgewater Middle School and Windermere High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone.
