Covington Chase contains 305 homes. Most of the homes were built between 2007 and 2015 with a few exceptions. The homes vary in size from 1,515 to 3,050 square feet of living area. This does not include their garages sheds etc. Covington Chase is located in an older section of Winter Garden which is a good thing. The streets around this part of town have some mature trees and many of the homes have wider streets than some of the newer communities. Thankfully there was room left in this portion of Winter Garden for Covington Chase.

Covington Chase is in a great location and it is a great looking community. A quick drive through and anyone would come to that conclusion. When you combine the appearance of this neighborhood with the convenience of its' location it becomes a definite competitor for your housing dollars.

There are several communities around here but this one is as good as most. If you want to be in Winter Garden it only takes minutes. If you want to go boating Newton Park has a great boat ramp just sitting there waiting on you.
